It was easy to connect online with my Therapist. I had trouble connecting previously, but it was my fault. I didn’t tap on the little agree bubble as I was looking for a tab button to tap on while using my cellphone to log in. Maybe that’s something you guys can fix? I tried again on 11/18/24 and the same issue until on 11/25/24, I realized what I had to do.

My therapist really listens to me. And gives me assignments to help me work through my issues

My therapist is very nice and I like that she listens to my situations.

Nichole has helped me deal with something I need a help with. She has stayed on task and not allowed me to wonder off track. I told her what I need help with and she is helping me with that

So far my sessions are going very well. I feel like my therapist is on the same page and is helping me be accountable for my mental health and personal growth.

It's been very positive in every way. Making and cancelling appointments is easy, my therapist is great and they always check to see how things are going.

Format is easy to use.

I was looking for a therapist. I hadn’t been in a year and a half and I found some therapist listed on my Sydney app with my insurance when I called. I found out that these people were not actually located in my city, but they were actually part of an online app and program called Rula. I ended up speaking to a gentleman for the first time and requested a male therapist. I was asked how quickly I needed an appointment were there any specific needs I needed? Many questions were asked that were prudent. I was immediately scheduled with a gentleman therapist for Saturday at 4 PM which was only three days or two days after my initial call I think that’s absolutely amazing. The appointment was via zoom setting that up was super easy. I got many notifications reminding me about my appointment. Also it’s very easy to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If you change your mind, I like that I met with my therapist. He was amazing. He gave me all of his information his Therapy numbers he even offered me his cell phone number in case I needed him in an emergency or anything I tell you I really like this guy. I plan on continuing therapy with him and building a relationship. I think he can offer me a lot of good support. I will also say that to my surprise Rula pre-booked me for for additional appointments at first. I thought that’s kind of odd and I wasn’t sure if I needed or wanted for additional appointments but after thinking about it, I realize that I have a significant amount of stress just booking appointments and getting around to doing it and in the right amount of timeframe and not knowing when I need therapy or not, so I inevitably decided that that was a absolute benefit to me that Rula did this and I appreciate it.
