I had been looking for an affordable option, especially one I could do virtually so that even if my husband and I moved I wouldn’t have to start all over again. I put off finding a therapist because finding one in my price range seemed to be too much to ask. Finally when I checked again, Rula popped up. They work well with my insurance and they are virtual. I was able to look through therapists’ specialties and bios and look for one that might work well with me. My therapist is absolutely amazing! She is so good at the balance of listening and offering perspective and advice. My life has already gotten so much better! I am so grateful to have found this help that I desperately needed.

As soon as I was referred by Kaiser, the communications from Rula started. From the onset, Rula made me feel like they wanted to help and that my issues matter. My therapist has also been great and makes me feel like I matter.

Sarah is a great therapist. She's given me tools to help me through my mental illness. She's very professional. Rula customer service is great.

Overall good site for communication. If possible, include a file upload button for the messaging center as a way to upload assessment results from tests like IPIP, and other mental tests related.
