My therapist Liza Fant is great
My therapist Liza Fant is great! I’ve met with her 3 times now and it’s been a great experience. She is giving me some really great tactics to help with some things I’ve been dealing with. I feel comfortable opening up to her and I’m confident meeting with her is going to improve my mental health.
