I’ve only done a session twice. But I could tell from the very first one that I had found the much needed therapy I was searching for. So far the flexibility stands out to me as I’m a single mom and work is a plate full. It has been a challenge trying to restart therapy as there isn’t any available and that in it self is discouraging. I love my therapist. The worst thing about Rula is the $99 fee if you dont reschedule within 24 hours… life happens things come up and the 24 hours doesn’t stop it… just put more stress on the whole process

Easy to find a therapist that was right for us. It is even easier to book appointments, pay for recurring appointments, and fill out forms. It's a great tool overall.

Therapist asks alot of questions and really seems to want my best interest

I was able to get access to Rula through my insurance and the experience has been nothing but positive so far! It was easy to search through providers and narrow down ones that had specialties that I was interested in trying in therapy, like Internal Family Systems or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. That feature of Rula is unique in my experiences of connecting with therapists, and I feel that it helped me to find a good fit in a therapist from the beginning, eliminating my need to have a few sessions with multiple therapists before I found one I liked and could feel comfortable with. I also really love the simplicity of the reminder system (texts and emails a few days before, 24 hrs before, and 1 hr before), and the self check-in questionnaires before each session (or every other session, if you have weekly sessions). All of this has made therapy way easier for me to access, which is always a win!
