Love that video calls are available options making visits convenient from anywhere and scheduling is shown through email whereas traditional scheduling is with an appointment card.

Very easy to use. Easy to schedule appointments. Flexible appointment options like Saturday and Sunday appointments. You get a full hour appointment unlike some appointments that are only 45 minutes.

The ease of access helps those with mental health issues find support quickly. There are a number of therapy options! You put in your insurance info, check off conditions/ what you're looking for, and get matched with a therapist! I've been in the behavioral health system since I was a kid. I avoided therapy for many years because it was hard to find a therapist that was decent AND accepting new patients. Rula's service expands access to care by giving you access to an endless menu of therapists for whatever you need. I have always been able to get appointments within a week. The therapists will work with your schedule to make sure you get consistent care. The therapists are top notch. I know I won't ever be in crisis without support again with Rula. I can't recommend Rula enough!!!
