I was very hesitant about therapy. My therapist Ria is the most kind and compassionate person. She really hears me and helps me work through my thoughts, feelings, and concerns. She’s validated some of my feelings while still showing me how some of my internal thoughts and dialogue should be challenged in a healthy manner. I feel no judgement at all. I feel that she is a genuine person which makes it so easy to share with her. I enjoy meeting with her when I do. I can’t thank her enough for her time and her dedication to this kind of work.

I have been with my therapist for a relatively short period of time but we have worked through so much already. Kaiser has nothing compared to the level of care, respect, and understanding that I have received from my therapist. I've already referred a couple of people to Rula.
