This meeting was the first one I actually made a break through of understanding the incident and my partner

There was an almost instant response when I sought emotional aid from my primary care physician. Within 24 hours a Rula representative made contact. A quickly arranged Zoom meeting was set for December 9th. My Rula therapist could not have been kinder and more helpful with my issue resolution. After just three meetings my anxiety seems to be resolved. I’m also comforted knowing that future meetings can be easily arranged.

I truly have been growing and learning so much from my new therapist. I feel like I am taking steps to help myself to get strong with the help Kenya Taylor. I love her approach to gently showing me how to continue to grow, learn and deal with my anxiety. I am very appreciative of all the appointments I have been able to see a difference in myself. Hoping to continue to see changes in my mind to help me cope with so many issues I know I had not dealt with.
