I definitely recommend using Rula

At first zoom therapy seemed like it wouldn’t work for me but I needed a consistent time after normal office hours. Rula has been great at scheduling and I really like my therapist.

My experience with this company was very well needed very positive and very helpful with Developing better priorities and doing the things that allow me to put me first. It also has helped me to understand some of the triggers that were causing me stress so I can manage it much better

I am so impressed with Rula! I was formerly paying for my therapy sessions out of pocket because my mental health is a top priority for me. I've been paying out of pocket for years. My therapist is not with Kaiser, who is my medical provider. Rula made it possible this calendar year! The paperwork (all online) was easy to navigate. I felt like everything was safe and protected (all my personal information). All communication with Rula was quick and clear - they even texted me at one point when I had a specific question. And the text came with a "human voice" rather than an automated response. Even more impressed!! I had my first official session yesterday, and the check in was easy, and for the first time in 10 years, my medical insurance is covering my mental health appointments!!! I AM SO THANKFUL!!

It was easy for me to find a Christian Counselor and set up sessions online.

Mrs. Wright has been very patient and friendly and kind with our son. She has always answered and questions or concern we have throughly. Doing online sessions are very convenient and helps fit right into our busy schedule.

Julia was a great listener and made me feel comfortable.
