Hi Therapist, retired after 20 years with me. I didn’t know where else to go. This ad popped up on Facebook and I figured I’d give it a shot. I absolutely love my therapist Lynn. She’s a great addition to what I already know.

It's super easy to find someone who takes your insurance and get an appointment to see someone within days. The one downside is they charge $90+ if you miss an appointment.

Had a schedule change and it was made effortlessly!

Rula has great follow up messages to make sure that an appointment is scheduled and to offer additional help with multiple options.

Easy scheduling process, lots of providers and appointment dates available. Plus, they take my insurance, which allows me to be able to do more sessions a month than going through cash pay private practices that do not take insurance. Logging into the session was easy and no Internet issues or buffering. Highly recommend Rula is you’re looking to start therapy.

The website & information is easy to access and being able to message my therapist is awesome and, I receive quick responses from Rula via email or text which have been great!
