The interaction and support

Cancellation fee is very high. One therapist cancelled 2x and I was unaware both times. My new therapist is amazing!!!

Easy to contact and set things up. My only constructive criticism is that they send quite a few email reminders before an appointment and it can get confusing which need actions taken, which has the zoom link, etc.

Finding the right therapist made my experience great. But it took trial and error - which is something that not everyone will have the time and/or money to do. I think patience would benefit from a screening process to help narrow down the pool of therapists to help them achieve their goals. Sifting through the possible therapists and using the filter is nice, but it takes a lot of time and in the end is really is a stab in the dark - I venture to guess that many ppl are like me and don't know the kind of therapy they would benefit from most, and aren't sure what criteria to choose based on.

My therapist is good -- asking questions so I can discover the remedies for my issues myself, rather than just diagnosing and prescribing strategies to "fix" them (though sometimes I wish they would do the latter...!). The online scheduling system is bad -- the search function asks for preferred dates/days, then shows therapists who are not available on those dates/days. Also, the online system does not allow me to reschedule appointments, so I'm stuck in perpetuity with the same weekly appointment time as my first session.

I really liked my therapist. She made it easy to tell her what would be helpful for me, she broke down how the brain processes certain situations based on past trauma, and have me solid tools to aid me in navigating certain situations. My only nit is having to go through a middleman to reschedule appointments. Most of the online tool let's you cancel sessions, but finding a new time rewrites going through a customer service person. Every person I dealt with was fast and friendly, so no complaints about the service received. It's just the fact that an intermediary needs to be gone through, vs scheduling via a portal.
