the communication with therapist is great. Listens and shows concern. Helps me to understand myself, which is what I look for in a therapist.

Very helpful
This has helped me tremendously, different techniques to use at home with the family, a person to vent to that has ideas on how to handle things. This is something I should have done years ago.
