It's the easiest way to get the help I needed to take care of my mental health. Since the sessions are online it's easy to schedule in a convenient time that works with my day, it gives you the chance to choose your therapist based on your needs or your special problems, with the chance to change it if you don't feel comfortable. Thankfully I loved my therapist since day 1, she is very prepared, always felt the empathy and a real concern to help me with my mental load, i was in a very dark and sad place before deciding to start therapy. I have weekly sessions and I've been on therapy for already a year and a half and I've realized how much my life has improved, the way I resolve my day by day issues has make the difference on how I handle myself better. I'll recommend Rula to whoever needs it
