My therapist really listened to me and what the problem was and unlock most therapist, he broke it down and more simple steps slower, you know, so it wouldn't be so hard for me, which is exactly what I needed he understood and was willing to take the time.

Rula made finding and scheduling a therapist easy, a lot easier than going through the EAP at work. They communicate well and share reminders appropriately
