The therapist

This was my first experience with therapy. The app made it easy to research therapist's background and expertise. Annette Nunez made me comfortable the moment I walked into her office.

I found an excellent therapist on my first try. I simply filtered my search for therapists who practice the type of therapy I had decided would work best for me, and I read the reviews and looked at pictures of the available therapists in my state who practice this type of therapy. Though she only has two years experience, she is the most high quality therapist I've ever seen in my 40 years of seeing therapists. It's a little odd that I can't do a free consultation, but I think the information given on the therapists is enough. I also did ask if she did worksheets, via email, before we started working together. And she does, so it's a good fit. She's a great listener.

Dr. Liz is amazing! I really enjoy our sessions! She listens to me to the fullest and gives me the right tools to help me succeed with my current situation.

Company was thorough in continuing to reach out thus subverting attempts to disengage. Therapist is gregarious, well rounded, helpful with suggestions to move forward in a healthy way.
