Everything is great you guys just need an app to make it easier.

I had a terrible time with the first therapist I was assigned to (used my 80% of my first session having me verally fill out the initial intake form even though I'd done it online, then she found it and there really wasn't time to engage) and the therapist told me less than 24 yours in advance that there was a survey for me to fill out - but I hadn't received any survey - asked her to send it and preview it before the therapy session - she refused and told me I'd be billed anyways. I'm disputing these sessions. In the meantime I found another practitioner on Rula who is fabulous

My therapist was really good but the website can be improved because it has been having a duplicate account issue and it does not let me sign into my portal which is frustrating so I blame that on the software and I think that can be improved.

The website is difficult to sign into. It says my phone number does not match. I’m the beginning I didn’t receive the links for the sessions with the therapist and when I tried to sign in I was unsuccessful. Thankfully the therapist called me when he noticed I was late and sent me a link directly. I was also unable to cancel my appointment bc I wasn’t able to sign in. So in fear of being charged a cancellation fee. We had to change our plans.

Therapist is earnest, learned and helpful. I just started so it's really too early to tell but so far so good.

I love the therapist I found, but the website is a pain to use. It would be easier if it was an app, or if I did not have to login- then be emailed a link to login, then try to login again every time I want access to the website.

Rula gives lots of option for therapists, sorting by availability and preferences. I found a therapist I like.

Therapy is important. Rula not only recognizes this but also embraces seeking help. Rula makes seeking help easy. You'll get to see photos and biographies of the therapists in Rula's employ. Rula therapists are telehealth, meaning they will schedule your appointments using video chat such as Zoom (remember to give Zoom permission to your phone/bluetooth so you can use earbuds), so don't worry if the therapist you're considering isn't near you. Other great points are 1. the 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy: if you need to cancel or reschedule with at least 24-hour notice, you will not be charges a fee; and 2. If you feel the therapist you've chosen is not understanding/helping you, you are not obligated to continue seeing said therapist - you may choose someone else.
