Rula provides great therapy sessions for me. I do private one on one sessions with my therapist. And he’s great. I feel safe to talk about anything with him. I recently started couples therapy sessions with my wife and it’s great also. I would recommend Rula to anyone that is seeking therapy to help you out in one’s mental health.

I appreciate the company pre-booking a couple of follow-up appointments a few weeks out in advance after the first initial appointment. It is one less thing to worry about, as follow up are often hard to rebook and are forgotten about; securing yourself a spot on the therapist calendar.
