Great start where I felt safe and comfortable.

I feel very comfortable with my counselor. My 1st impression of her was caring and taking the time to get to know my situation. I only had one visit so far but it was a great visit. Looking forward to more therapy

My experience with Rula is great. My therapist is amazing, she has helped me so much. She gives me practical tips and homework that have helped me towards my healing.

Rula has been a great experience so far. There are a lot of platforms that don't take insurance and are super expensive. This was easy process to get started and bill my insurance so I can afford counseling service. My counselor is great and im super happy with everything so far.

I was able to go through a list of providers and see what their passions and specialties are. From there, I was able to pick who I thought would work best based on those special interests and work/therapy focus areas. Turns out, I found the BEST provider I could have ever hoped for. Wendy is equipped with tools that can help me deal with my bad and stressful days. I am beyond grateful I found Wendy!

I have tried every other telehealth therapy websites and Rula is by far the best! You get to read through a in depth description of your therapist before you choose and you can find a therapist for every modality!
