I was having issues with the website so I emailed customer service. Every person that assisted me was amazing. They were very thorough. They went above and beyond and they was someone available no matter what time it was. They would check on me to make sure I was satisfied. The therapist are awesome. I loved that they had pictures of the therapist along with their bio and what their specialties and what methods they use. My two daughters 13 and 9 yrs old are currently in therapy and they are very satisfied with their therapist. They are able to use techniques they are given to help them in their daily lives.

Kaleesa is a knowledgeable and caring therapist. She is a compassionate and active listener, skills that quickly engender trust. Her questions are reflective of what you share, with a goal of moving you forward in your healing process. She is kind and easy to talk to. Scheduling is easy.

Very open minded and patient

The difficulty of finding a counselor is made extremely easy using RULA . They have a vast variety of counselors to address specific issues that can be tailored to your specific wants. I highly recommend RULA for any counseling need with little or no wait time.

Simply easy to use and very informative

Setting up appointments is easy to understand & go through, the portal is a super convenient tool & seems pretty like up to date & modern compared to other platforms. My therapist is super easy to talk to & I don't perceive judgement from her! She has great advice & helps me think through anxiety & unreasonable thoughts
