After my incident I had been looking for a therapist for a while with no luck . Before coming to Rula my expectations were very low. After meeting with my therapist I was given sound advice and the right tools to move forward.

This is my first time needing MH services and I was surprised how helpful it has been. Working along side with My therapist has been easy and helpful in soo many ways. Her understanding and patience in helping me overcome the challenges in my life recently has been more than I expected. She has truly help heal my stress and anxiety.

Everything. It was super easy to sign up, find a therapist and having a QHDHP, I expected my bill to be quadruple what it was. However it occurred, I thank you because I can afford what I am paying per service. Monica is amazing. I love her to pieces and did after session 1!!! I can't think of anything you could do better.

I have been to many therapists for many years felt the same took different medications.I never felt any progress no matter how many times I went to my appt.Then I was transferred to Rula my therapist has changed my life he goes above and beyond.I feel better more confident.He has helped me tremendously and I feel a lot of trust that I can tell him things I haven't told anyone and he understands.I have recommended Rula to family and friends.They are still changing my life every time.Thank you Rula.
