Great company. Portal to get to your account is functional and easy to use. There's a couple extra steps rather than just logging in like other websites, but it only takes an additional minute, and it still works smoothly. I've never had any issues with the website, my account, logging into Zoom, etc. Great employees, therapists, doctors, customer support, etc. Everyone who works with this company seems very kind and helpful.

Sometimes life not only provides lemons, but gives you no way to make lemonade. In these instances, having people outside of the situation to listen and provide honest feedback is so valuable.
