Easy to schedule appointment and amazing first appointment will keep going

I love this service. When I first onboarded, it was called PATH and it allowed me to sift through many therapist's profiles so I could find a good match for myself. The profiles share relevant information like years of experience, areas of expertise, and general background information of that person. I have been through various therapy programs in the past (due to change in insurance provider) and this one has been the best experience of them all. I could not give it a higher rating.

I love the platform ad I have used Grow and Betterhelp. I find Rula so much easier and it lets you know up front if your insurance is taken and how much you have to pay. Its better in my opinion. Also my therapist is awesome. Thank you Rula

All therapist that I worked with were professional,good and caring

My very first appointment, I was heard! They actually listen and not just that but respond back with some great feed back to my specific situation and needs in helpful ways! It doesn't seem like the "old" type therapy where they had to spend so much time diving into your past to finally reach the end result. I am heard, we work on present situations and how to help me in the now. I really connected with my first therapist but Rula does allow for you to change if you feel that your not connecting to the current therapist or Phycologist, etc. You are seeing.
