Rula is a scam site
I have had a terrible experience with Rula so far. The website has been a total mess, I've had to go back and forth constantly with tech support just to log in to the portal. They rescheduled my appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time without consulting me, and then told me that because it's within 24 hours I can't cancel or reschedule without a 99$ fee. If I miss the appointment my insurance won't cover it at all... This website seems like a scam, use at your own risk.
