I found a provider and was working with her, but she didn't show up to our last appointment. I've already been charged for the session.

Too many surveys before each session. Too many rules for therapists. Make it simple! Get out of the way.

Fortunately, the quality of the therapeutic experience with the LCSW therapist has outweighted the agonizing 6-8 wk wait and process from date of physician referral (10/24/25) to RULA to finally hearing back from RULA in order to select a therapist and then schedule an appointment for 12/23/25 .

This company is hot or miss like any other but I was finally, after 3 different psychiatrists, able to connect with an amazing doctor. Jacqueline Constantino is an angel. She literally saved my life. She is kind, open minded, non judgmental and she listened to me. She is insightful and very much an actual lifesaver. I will follow her wherever she is. Now don't go and book all of her open appointments on me, but I am happy to share her brilliant mind with those in need of real help. If I was rating her it would be a 1000000 star rating. But the other doctors I had to get through to get to her were horrible.

The platform is great but your notifications always blow up my email inbox.

I extremely do not like that if I have to cancel my appointment less than 24hrs ahead of time I will be charged $100. Life happens , things come up all the time so I feel like that isn’t fair and makes me not want to deal with rula anymore for there policies . I’ve done other therapy platforms before and I never had this issue.

It's difficult to find a provider that offers in person. The patient portal doesn't give me the option to find new providers. I don't care if I have to drive

Good services and providers but their strict cancellation/rescheduling policy and $100 fee are ridiculous. For someone struggling with mental health, trying to work and be a parent full time, sometimes I don’t have 24 hours to give notice, it’s called life. A company trying to actually help people like they say they are should understand that a be more realistic.
