Booked therapy appointment for my daughter, she was not able to attend. Was charged $99 no show fee. When a client is booking an appointment. You need to clearly state the penalties for the appointment’s when they’re booking that way there won’t be any misunderstanding or surprises. I had to research the reason I was charged the fee. Unethical and not good business practices.

I went to 2 appointments through Rula. Rula encouraged me to add my IEHP secondary insurance and agreed it was a good idea. They proceeded to run the insurance, inform me that after they have identified someone has Medi-Cal they will completely terminate their care without any assistance finding alternative care, and that I was entirely on my own and good luck. When reaching out for assistance I was told "my appointments weren't cancelled yet" and to pretend all was normal until they were.

Rula straight up sabotages my medication treatment by not following my medical records to my provider, and their support cannot help me. Without this resolved, I cannot continue my treatment. My provider also isn't offering a way to exchange the documentation through separate channels. As a result, I wasted money and weeks of time to establish a connection with the provider via Rula that I now need to throw away only because Rula decided to troll me and lock me out of treatment. UPDATE: As you can see below, Rula replied, "We would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you, please provide your info". Make no mistake: it's been one week since I provided the info they requested, and Rula still hasn't reached out. And it has been almost a month since my medication was sabotaged by them at this point.

My therapist stood me up for our therapy appointment. Rula is now trying to charge me a cancellation fee for a therapy appointment I showed up to. When I contacted customer support, they assured me they'd remove the charge-- instead they pushed it through to my credit card an hour later. This has been the worst therapy experience I've ever had, not least because I never actually received therapy. This is a scam, not a service.

3 different providers did not show for appointments. Terrible site.

I tried this platform for the first time and already have a bad taste about it. I scheduled an appointment with a therapist only for her to say she can’t make it. It wasn’t that, that got me. She rescheduled the session to the next day in the morning when I work. I told her this. I gave her my availability and what days work best for me. She didn’t respond until much later. We talked about another day that can work and before confirming, she canceled all of our sessions including the one she rescheduled without confirming with me. Now the only thing is that she had canceled the appointment the day of… now I dont know what she did on her rnd but it sent me a message that I now owed 99$ for canceling the day of.. Of course now I am beyond annoyed. First time on the platform and already things have gone sound. I then reached out to support and they contacted the billing department for me. So why did the billing department then tell me they were going to give me a One time courtesy waiver on the 99$…excuse me? I didn’t even schedule this appointment in the first place?! So now you're saying I can no longer request for a waiver, that I’ve used it on this? On what should’ve been on the therapist? Yea no, I’m good. Therapy should not be this. I will not be using this platform for the foreseeable future.

Terribly customer support and billing. My therapist moved to this agency and its been nothing but headache after headache for a year. Somehow my account got so messed up on THEIR END they couldnt even reset my account and we had to create an entirely new one. Following that they've continually messed up my insurance billing. Ive had to resubmit my secondary insurance multiple times and the latest issue is they changed my insurance on file to an insurance I dont even have. All they do is keep blaming portal issues. Portal issues. Portal Issues. Portal issues. Im so over it.

10 days for my prescription request to clear your Clearinghouse is completely and absolutely absurd and this has happened 3 times in a row. Even if my provider weren't leaving your platform I would begin looking elsewhere. Going days, even a week without medication because your prescription system sucks is unsustainable. Fix your garbage system.
