I felt relieved and and understood

I’ve had a very positive experience with Rula. The platform is easy to use, from signing up to getting matched with a therapist—it all felt seamless. My therapist has been incredibly supportive and attentive, and I’ve truly felt heard during our sessions. I appreciate how convenient it is to access therapy this way, and I’d highly recommend Rula to anyone looking for accessible, professional mental health support.

The ease of choosing therapists on the site is awesome and the therapist I found is great! I love the variety and diversity of therapists to choose from as well.

Very communicative and easy

I have been in therapy for over 14 years and struggled in the past to find the right fit and to get consistent help. I found an excellent therapist on Rula and have been working with them for over a year now. They are the best therapist I have ever worked with, and finding them was straightforward and simple. I also appreciate how efficient everything is, with email and text reminders of upcoming sessions, with a quick link to do my assessments and accessing my sessions.

My therapist is excellent. He listens with genuine empathy and has created a safe space where I feel completely supported.

The therapist

I like how easy and quick you can get scheduled and you do not have to wait several months to get seen. Also the options of therapists and providers of all kinds is amazing.
