Overall this is a great resource to have especially if you want virtual appointments. I have dealt with two different clinicians and both seem very nice and helpful. The only issue I’ve come across is their site and setting up appointments is very wonky.

I think that the session was very well planned, it lasted an hour, and I got to talk about what I wanted to and received good advice.

Rula is a good platform I like the connectivity and reminders to keep me aware of appointments and screenings. Additionally, the empowerment to choose my own professional & appointment times is a refreshing change to the assignment method.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and Linda and I work well together. The system makes weekly appointments, but I was able to change that to meet my needs.

The counselor has really helped me and it's been easy to schedule appointments.

It’s a shame they charge to cancel after 24 hours

When I made the initial call I had to schedule my 1st appointment with a random person. Then I had to cancel that appointment in order to get access to the list of other therapists. We should be able to have that list and pick who we want right off the bat

I've only just begun, but things seem to be off to a great start. I feel heard, and like what I'm going through matters, and together we will find the best solutions for me.
