Rula was able to get my current provider as one of their providers when my employee assistance program changed. All of the people I have spoke to, both on the phone and by email are friendly and very helpful.

When my insurance place a referral for Rula, I got an email from from whithin hours asking me to setup my profile. The website is very easy to navigate, Rula had many therapist to choose from, I was able to select one that aligned with my needs and religious preference. The therapist I selected had availability and I had my first appointment within a week from my referral. I have had 4 sessions and I feel much better. My therapist Halima Eid is very knowledgeable, experienced and she has really helped me.

I was first recommended to Rula.com by a counselor at Inova Behavioral Health Services, and I am so glad I followed through. Getting started was simple and stress-free, and I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to choose my providers. If it’s not the right fit, you can easily make a change, which gives me peace of mind. One of the biggest benefits is the convenience. All appointments are from the comfort of my own home (or any place you are within the same state your provider is licensed to practice), saving me both time and money by not having to commute. And more importantly limiting my anxiety of having to go to them and be in a relatively strange environment when having to talk about serious personal issues. Rula also offers both therapy and psychiatric services, which makes it easy to manage all aspects of my care in one place. Both of my providers have been professional, caring, and genuinely attentive. This has been a refreshing contrast to many of my past experiences, particularly with psychiatrists who often seemed rushed and disengaged. I actually look forward to my appointments now. Overall, I’m grateful I found Rula.com. Before this, I didn’t even realize it was possible to access this kind of comprehensive, high-quality care online.

The way Rula sets up their site to find your therapist match works! I found someone who specializes in certain things that I need help with. My therapist is great! I'm loving this experience and definitely recommend check Rula for a therapy services.
