The virtual experience makes it great. The convenience of texting as reminders is very useful and vital. My counselor is very professional and helpful.

I love my therapist and psychiatrist. My therapist Karen has been very helpful. She gives me great advice, she really listens and digs deeper. She knows how to level with me and also how to lighten the mood and make me laugh. She’s kind and supportive and realistic. Definitely feel comfortable talking with her every week. My psychiatrist is also great. She’s been helping me get on the right meds. When one wasn’t making a difference, she switched me over to something else. So far, I feel like it’s helping. Can’t wait to see the progress grow.

She’s listens and guides through my emotions

I was able to get help immediately! My therapist and Nurse Practitioner are great! They treat me with respect and listen to what I have to say. Never felt like they judged me because of previous experience. They offer options to me and allow me to make decisions.
