I’ve been using Rula for 8 weeks and not only do I feel safe & comfortable with my therapist, I appreciate all the reminders (email and text) Rula sends me to remind me of upcoming appts. Signing up was also very easy, their platform is clear & easy to navigate.

Charles is great, easy to talk to, and makes our time enjoyable. He guides us and provides the knowledge to use out tool box.

It was easy to find a therapist and they take insurance. The therapist I found was professional and knowledgeable. I feel like she has helped me move forward. Rula ask check in questions every so often to make sure that the therapist is a good fit for you. I haven’t had any negative experience with Rula.

I am happy that I have choices and get a chance to know the person working with me before we commit. Everyone is great and some are a better fit.
