Great experience so far. Get updates for appointments and easy to log on Zoom. So easy to reach out and send messages directly to my person with quick reply time. Get counseling in the comfort of our own home. Also, I dont know if everyone is as lucky but the first person we picked has been perfect for us so far. Looks like it would be easy and discrete if we were to want to change people, but we were able to read bios and find someone with specialties and interests on thing we need addressed. So pleased all around.
