Rula has made mental health services easily accessible for myself and my family. I appreciate the ease of scheduling, rescheduling when life happens. The therapists have been able to provide resources that help my family and I meet our goals in better mental health.

Getting to go through and learn some info about the therapists and choosing the one you feel would be the best fit for you. Then having the option to do zoom sessions has been by far the most convenient. Especially with how crazy and busy life is now a days.
