Rula was one of the easiest and most helpful first therapy experiences I could have asked for. The matching process was quick, and I ended up with a therapist who truly fit my personality and needs. Dr. Hakimeh created a safe space for me to open up, helped me reframe stressful situations, and gave me practical guidance I could actually use in my daily life. I always felt supported, respected, and understood in every session. There was a pause in my treatment due to life lifing, but I can’t wait to return and continue the work we started. I’m really grateful for Dr. Hakimeh and the care I received.

My therapist and i have built a very strong relationship which makes me feel he is working to help me achieve my mental goals.

As a mom of three kids, trying to get support and help during really complex hard times in life almost feels impossible when you don’t have support. Rula made that so simple and turned on the light of darkness for me that I am so insanely grateful for. Scheduling was easy matching with Counselor that is just right for me. Was simple and spot on the first time. I know I can go through this season that’s gonna be hard, but I will grow and I will be supported because of rula.
