Rula automatically reviewed my insurance versus my suggested provided to ensure that my appts would be covered. In the site you can review different providers based on your needs (Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, etc) and can even read about their experience and background in their field. You can choose to search providers based on age as well as sex allowing you to choose someone you feel comfortable with and who can better relate to your own experiences. And lastly, you can review their scheduled availability to confirm they have time within your needs. The app even automatically scheduled me for follow up appts for the next month, automatically choosing the same day and time for each appt which I thought was really cool and thoughtful. All said. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who is looking to get help for their situation.
