Giving my counselor the ability to go back later and listen to and review our conversation more intently and without distractions is a valuable tool. It gives more confidence that the things that are being discussed are important and relevant enough that I can feel at ease to speak freely and correct myself or fine tune my thoughts even though our discussions can be very emotional, uncomfortable, and personally vulnerable at times. I am assured I am being listened to and that the counselor has the ability to review and refine his work, with greater confidence.

The process of picking a therapist was really easy. In the past my insurance company selected a therapist for me. With Rula I was able to select from a variety of therapist based on criteria set by me, which made it so easy to be matched with someone that understood me.

Hiring Hannah has been a very positive experience. She listens, cares, and there is no BS with her. The only thing I would change is the number of reminders I receive before my appointment. If someone says they didn't get any reminders, they're lying.
