I was not sure that I would like the remote therapy sessions, but the support I received from my therapist proved be so helpful and positive.

I trust Rula. The therapist I was paired with was very relatable, personable, and makes me feel safe and heard. It’s all I could ask for a therapist. The billing is also easy, has no hidden fees, and takes insurance.

The therapist bios are thorough and the filtering based on need/specialty was useful as well. After filtering, I read a handful of bios and found the perfect fit first try. So happy with my Therapist.

I have done other searches for therapy, including through my own health insurance website and I have never had such an easy experience as I’ve had with Rula. My therapist is the best!!
