Rula is unprofessional
I used to utilize Two Chairs through Kaiser. I saw two providers through there. They were incredibly professional and punctual. Almost every single Rula provider I've seen (I have seen 5) has been unprofessional in some sort of way. Providers are suddenly obsessed with their "patient alliance" scores. How incredibly unprofessional is it for a therapist to pressure you to rate them better or find a different therapist.
