I’ve had a really positive experience with Rula. All of the therapists I’ve interacted with are qualified, professional, and genuinely caring. When I meet with my therapist, I feel set up for success, and I always leave sessions feeling better than when I started. The platform itself is very easy to use, which makes a huge difference. The website is simple to navigate, and I especially love how I can adjust my schedule on my end. I have a very busy schedule, and sometimes meetings come up unexpectedly, so being able to move appointments around and quickly message my therapist makes everything run smoothly. My therapist is wonderful! She listens, she engages, she asks thought provoking questions. She does not judge, belittle or in any way make me feel 'less than'. She is always warm and pleasant. The scheduling process is quick and easy.

Therapists are caring, insightful and very helpful. I like not having to drive in traffic and just speak to someone in the comfort of my own home. I am not limited to local providers. There was ample information on each therapist to help me select my therapist.

I feel those I have dealt with are very professional and care about what helps me heal mentally and emotionally.

Great customer service and support finding a therapist

Once I understood that Rula (and other. companies) were part of this "selection" process, it was less intimidating. When "they" asked for a CC# to be put in I was skeptic cause my insurance was paying for most of it. A clearer understanding of this would be helpful, in my opinion.
