My teenage son was having a difficult time with his self worth. He also lives in a split home. His demeanor completely changes after he speaks with his counselor Mark Perez in a good way and his self worth has steadily been increasing. It’s been an incredible relief because as a mother I naturally worry. Please note I had put the date of my sons most recent visit, but the change has been occurring over the course of several months.

Essy to find a therapist according to my specific needs. I like how well each therapist experience, education and religious beliefs are shared on their profiles as well as reviews. Easy to schedule!!! You choose from their availability and they send you reminders. Easy to cancel, reschedule or change therapist! Plus if you’re ever need medical records, they will provide a very comprehensive package which includes each appointment with the therapist notes, how she describes each session Etc. Key points if you need your records for any court case etc

SARA IS A GREAT THERAPIST. SHE HAS BEEN OF A LOT OF HELP TO MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES (ANXIETY, DEPRESSION) THAT I'M GOING THRU DUE TO THE PAST OF MY MOM, HER COMPASSIONATE HAS HELPED ME DURING THIS GRIEVING TIME.
