So far it feels like the best therapy I can ask for and my Ms Felicia is very attentive and makes you feel comfortable to open up and talk to her

Choosing a provider was super easy. They tell you a little about themselves and explain how the first session will play out. You can choose a male, or female provider among other things, and you can also choose what day/time works best for you. I would recommend to people who want to start therapy as well as to those who are returning to therapy.

I like the easy Access and set up of the site.

Rula is excellent, I’ve done both therapy and psychiatry and actively look forward to the sessions with both. My therapist and I see eye to eye on my goals and she’s able to challenge me in a way other therapists haven’t. Past therapists on other online platforms have felt more like complaining to a friend rather than therapy, where my therapist at rula asks me targeted questions that help me expand on my own experiences and make it really easy to reflect on them. My psychiatrist is also amazing, she listened to my account of how i was feeling as well as reviewing the questionnaires i filled out for both her and my therapist to prepare for the appointment. She gave me multiple options based on my criteria of needs AND wants which is also very different to other doctors. When a medication I tried gave me a poor reaction, I reached out and within an hour she called me to check in and then had an appointment the next day. We switched my medication and I’m feeling so much better, she was very careful about my case and i felt really seen by her. Rula is also just super easy to navigate and is affordable, with insurance I don’t even pay a copay. It has made mental healthcare super accessible to me and has drastically improved my life.

Rula has a great selection of therapists. Both communication and notification are excellent. The whole experience is simple and easy.
