When i started therapy and was in a very bad spot with my anxiety. I now am doing so much better. Having someone to process things with, listen to me without judgement, and help me find coping skills that work for me has been invaluable. It helps having someone who is a third party with no skin in the game so to say be able to hear you out a d get your anxiety under control.

Rula is amazing. It’s convenient and easy to navigate. I found an amazing therapist here who helped me navigated a very scary chapter of my life. Forever grateful!
