Rula the website in itself had many glitches in the system. Sometimes the link wouldn’t come after the verification and we wouldn’t be able to join the call, sometimes the zoom call was awful and we couldn’t hear or see each other with the therapist or there was a delay, etc. But our therapist ALWAYS found a new avenue to make sure we had our visit. Brenda is the reason for the 5 star because she was AMAZING and helped us see things through a different lenses during our sessions but the website in itself needs a lot of help.

I've only had one appointment so far, but Julia was amazing. Giving me simple tools day 1 of this journey, and she was so open and honest about her experiences it helped me immensely feel connected with her. Thank you Julia and thank you Rula for helping me find a good fit!

My therapist and I have made incredible breakthroughs, and she’s been so accommodating with my schedule. I truly feel like I’m glowing—people around me have even noticed the difference. I’m no longer suppressing my anger or lashing out. Instead, I’ve learned how to acknowledge my emotions, regulate them, and process them in healthy ways. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

It's easy to use and I love my therapist!

This is my first time seeking help for my caregiver and trauma anxiety. My therapist was easy to talk to, very supportive and got a sense that she understood and cared.

At first, I wasn't sure about online therapy, but it has been a great experience. I have never had any issues scheduling or with billing (if I have, it was fixed with an email or chat). My therapist has been wonderful to work with. I liked that I got to go through and choose my therapist, and it has really helped me through a lot of things.

I feel my therapist listens and understands my perspective on life based on my personal experiences. She doesn’t push me but is good at highlighting when I’ve achieved something or realized feelings, making the whole experience feel like I’m actually making progress. My psychiatrist is working closely with me as well and has even responded quickly when I needed help with something outside our scheduled appointment. The whole Rula team has been a positive experience.
