It's a good experience, its much needed .

My therapist really helped me get over the hump of my loss of my mother and my anger towards my siblings. She gave me words that summed up how I felt and that’s what I needed. She was patient and understanding of what I really wanted to do and made me realize that I actually needed to wait to speak to my sister about my emotional feelings.

I just got out of a relationship and not knowing how to navigate the grief and wanting to improve my relationship skills, I looked for online therapy. That’s where I found Rula and I got matched with a great therapist! I am looking forward to working with her more.
