Excellent customer support

Great provider.

The platform is excellently designed and user-friendly, as is the support for insurance, including Medicare. Judging from my experience with a single counselor, it was easy to select one who seemed a good fit, and indeed they are just what the doctor ordered. (Not literally, in my case.)

Judith is a wonderful lady, very attentive and supportive. She makes me feel at ease, listens to me and gives me positive feedback. She is awesome.
