I had five panic attacks, and I was sure that I was having a heart attack. The emergency doctor called me and told me that my test results and my other test results were good, but he recommended that I attend therapy. I immediately called Kaiser and obtained a phone interview, and that led me into therapy.

My session with Ms. Kristeona was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and safe to express my issues and struggles.

From the time I asked my medical provider for help, to the time I met with the mental health provider, it was immediate. It was quick scheduling and the profiles for each provider were very helpful to find the one I needed!

Im really happy with my therapist! My sessions are online which allows me to schedule my sessions around my work and personal life! I highly recommend using this user friendly platform.
