Had an appointment about 2 years ago and sat in the zoom call for about 30 minutes and the therapist never showed up. Decided to give it another try 2 years later hoping that I would get better results and the day of my appointment the therapist cancelled. If a patient cancels within 24 hours they have to pay a $99 fee. But yet they are fine with therapists either not showing up or cancelling same day? Doesn't make any sense. Will never book through Rula again.

Therapists I've dealt with were highly unprofessional. Sneha Carr being very dismissive and uncaring. Due to her alone I lost faith in mental health professionals.

I have never experienced customer support this incompetent from a mental health company. I was transferred FOUR separate times just trying to log into my account. Every single person told me, “You need to speak to another department,” only to hand me off again to someone equally unhelpful and completely uninformed. This is not a food delivery app or a clothing company — this is supposed to be a mental health platform. People come here looking for support and guidance, yet the experience felt chaotic, disorganized, and completely lacking accountability. What made the situation even worse was that after spending all that time being bounced around with no resolution, the representative ultimately hung up on me instead of resolving the issue or escalating it appropriately. No one knew what they were doing. No one took ownership. No one solved the problem. If your company positions itself as a mental health platform, your support experience cannot feel this careless and unprofessional. Transferring vulnerable customers endlessly between departments and disconnecting calls instead of resolving issues is unacceptable. Absolutely terrible experience.

absolute worst site is a mess - went thru scheduling and then got 'error' did it again, did several things over and over, then could not log in - just spinning and spinning now they have my credit card and will 'let me know by email' when it's removed wasted SO MUCH TIME on this, and really dodgy that they don't remove my cc IMMEDIATELY. Since I can't log in, I can't cancel the apt or account, and if they charge me I have no number to call

The therapist I booked with was unprofessional. She did not listen, she is uncaring and her mood changes between sessions. What she says never aligns with what she does. She has taken anxieties and fears and used them against me. Unfortunately, a lot of clients don't understand or realize when the therapy relationship is harmful. I would not recommend booking with Sneha Carr. When it also comes to the booking process with Rula, I always have to call them to book appointments because for whatever reason, their system won't allow me to book.

I’ve never had a more terrible therapy experience, and I’ve been in therapy most my life. I got canceled on four times without the therapist ever meeting me. That’s rude at best, and dangerous at worst.

Indira - I had a frustrating experience with appointment scheduling and communication. We originally canceled a Monday appointment and rescheduled it to Friday. The next day, I was surprised to see both the Monday and Friday appointments active again. The Monday appointment appeared to have been rebooked by this provider without first confirming with us. Once we canceled it again, we received multiple back-to-back calls and voicemail messages during our office hours, which felt totally unnecessary (for just an appointment reschedule). During the Friday session, a significant portion of the appointment time was spent discussing and arguing about the scheduling situation rather than focusing on the actual purpose of the session. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. Payal - The overall communication and follow-up experience was disappointing. After concerns came up regarding prescribed medication effects, we tried reaching out through Rula but did not receive a response for more than a week. The only way we were eventually able to discuss the issue was during the next scheduled appointment. More frustratingly, we later received an email stating that the psychiatrist was no longer with Rula, but there was no direct courtesy communication beforehand regarding continuity of care or next steps. This left us feeling uncertain and unsupported during an already stressful situation.

It has been a full week since I received a wrongful termination email and requested to speak with someone. No one has contacted me or the clients I was actively treating. This is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor client care. Mental health clients have been left in the dark, logging on for sessions with no provider and no communication. Continuity of care should be a priority for any mental health organization. I started with your company when it was PATH and referred several clinicians over the years, but after this experience, RULA is no longer a company I could recommend.
