I searched the web for the best deal on my Panatone brand rug - RugsHQ offered about $20 more off than closest other discount AND free shipping!

Initially I was very pleased and happy with RugsHQ.com. After the rug I wanted was out of stock at numerous other stores I initially tried, RugsHQ.com had the rug I wanted in stock! I called and spoke with customer service to ensure that they actually had it in stock. They ensured me in was in stock and would be sent out for delivery shorty, my card was charged and I waited for the rug... and waited... It never came. I called the company and they said it turned out it wasn't in stock. I asked if/when they were planning on calling me or refunding the money they charged me. They apologized, refunded the money, and said they would verify with the manufacturer and see if there was a remaining rug, as the system showed one remaining rug. And I never heard back from them... I have called several times over a few weeks and left polite messages asking them to call me, and I still haven't heard back from them. I am extremely disappointed and appalled with RugsHQ.com customer service, but if you decide to go with them, I hope you have better luck than I did :)

Easy site to navigate, even on a tablet. They have a huge selection of rugs and by far the best prices. I did a bit of research for the best price on the rug I was looking for and RugsHQ was the lowest. Easy checkout process as well. Highly recommend!

i found the rug i wanted (sold out elsewhere) and got a free rug pad. how easy was that?

I was looking for a specific rug and I found the best price on this site. And they also offered free shipping and other discounts! I can't wait to see my rug in person! Update- I just received an email canceling my order saying that the rug is no longer available. This information should have been available prior to my purchase, and the rug shouldn't have been available for purchase online. My advice is to bypass online ordering and call directly so you won't be heartbroken about not getting your rug like I am!

I ordered 4 Momeni New Wave rugs from RugsHQ.com. RugsHQ had the best price for these rugs and my ordering experience was good. I appreciate the $25. discount for sharing my happiness with their company on FB. I look forward to receiving my rugs soon! Update: After posting my original review, I received an order update that my rugs have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Perhaps it would be better to call the company to check on the rug that you want before ordering directly on line.

Ordering was easy and the I did a lot of price comparisons- this was the best price by far! The Customer Service agent said my rug will be delivered in 3-5 business days (free shipping).
