Navy Bicycle Rug
I've loved this pandemonium navy and gold bicycle rug since I first found it online months ago, but it's been sold out everywhere I looked, or way too expensive! RugsHQ had it in the size I needed, and with a $25 discount for liking them on Facebook! Made my day!!! This rug will look perfect in the mudroom of our brand new house. Thank you!

Will update full review once my refund is processed.

As we mentioned before, since you filed a dispute, the funds were taken out of our account by your credit card company on October 20th. Please contact your credit card company for a resolution. Furthermore, we have provided you with a pre-paid label, and processed the return in a timely manner. Your funds were put back on your credit card on October 20th, and we fully refunded you for the product that we were not even responsible for taking back, since you just simply changed your mind and cost us money on shipping both ways, and restocking fees with the manufacturer. We don't appreciate you going to all the review websites and posting this slanderous information.

Best Customer Service + Best Price
RugsHQ.com has the best customer service (hands down) of any rug company I've worked with. After having issues with other companies, Arthur personally oversaw my order to ensure the correct rug was sent. When I had a follow up question, Arthur actually remembered me and my order, and was quick to respond. In addition, RugsHQ.com had the lowest price for the rug I ordered. Best customer service + best price = RugsHQ.com is my go-to source for all future rugs.
