RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

Today I received my order, the rug came just as I expected. This is my far the softest rug i've seen. Will make our baby's room complete! Thank you Rugs Hq.

I emailed questions regarding size, cost, & discounts available for a rug that was being discontinued. Every email & phone call was answered quickly, courteously & to my satisfaction. The customer service rep was very helpful. Rug delivered quickly & perfectly.

We paid $25 for upgraded shipping. Ordered 6/12 and didn't receive until 6/23. Other than that rug arrived in good shape.

I have bought several products from RugsHQ. Every rug I have ordered has been beautiful and extremely great quality. The delivery of the products is fantastic. I have also made a return and the process was extremely easy - I was refunded my money with no problems. I would recommend this company to anyone. Especially if you love beautiful rugs!

I recently went to one of those "Going Out Of Business" rug stores that offered up to 75% off original price. The rug that I was interested in was not in the store but I was shown a picture of the rug (with all the information about the rug to which I took a picture) and was insured that the 3"0" x 5'-0" could be ordered for a specific price. I thanked the owner of the store and left to go home and serf the net. With the rug information in hand (re: photo taken in rug store), I found the rug at your site. For the same price that I was quoted for the 3'-0" x 5'-0" rug, on your site I was able to purchase a 5'-0" x 8'-0" rug. I am very pleased with my purchase (a gift to my daughter). The photo on line was right on the mark. The rug's quality and construction is beyond what I expected. Thank you for making me a very contented buyer. Respectfully, Dennis C. from Miami, Florida

I have not received my rug yet, but so far the customer service, price and discount have made me very happy! I cannot wait to get my rug. And Thank you Rug HQ for making life easy!

I purchased a runner by surya and round carpet rug by loloi, both came in within a week time of each other. I got these during a holiday promotion so I was able to save an additional 10% off already low prices. Will be back from more rugs.

I love rugshq.com! I am a happy customer, and will definitely be coming back for more. My husband and I have searched everywhere for a specific attractive rug for our living room. I was in so much luck coming across this website! They had just the right size, color, and style that we needed. I've recommended this site to friends and family. Theyre happy customers as well. The best website ever
