Had some concerns with shopping online but the chatting option was very helpful. The agent answered all my questions and checked if my rug was in stock. Can't wait to get my new rug!

I found the rug pattern I wanted on your website but it was not shown in the runner size that I needed. I was on live chat with a representative who said he could order it in the right size and determined how I could place my order with a different size and quantity and he would flag it and make sure he ordered the right size and quantity. The price was amazing too and he gave me a coupon code to get the best price. I heartily recommend this company.

I comparison-shopped several rugs I was considering, and Rugs HQ had the best price (with promotional codes) of any of the competitors. I was also pleased that the standard of quality for the rugs offered was higher than that of similar sites. Would definitely shop with RugsHQ again.

The site was easy to use. The rug was a much better price than on the other site I was looking...plus there was a discount code! Hope I love it when it gets here.
