RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Ordering was easy, product is exactly what I expected. Shipping was slow.

I did quite a bit of comparison shopping online, and RugPal had the rugs I wanted and the best price - by a considerable margin. (The one color they did not carry I ordered from another company, and the order has still not been filled.) All but one rug arrived on time, and the late item arrived the next day, so it was not really a problem. The only thing I would like to see improved is packaging. An 8 ft. x 11 ft. rug was shipped without being rolled up around a cardboard tube insert, and it showed up with the ends crumpled. There was no damage to the rug, but even a pad I ordered (from another company) came wrapped around a tube.

They had the rug I really wanted at a price far below any other store . It was delivered faster than promised. Only complaint is I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT MORE, but there's always tomorrow

Aesthetically stimulated, inspires poetry.

We love our new rug! Just as pictures and described. Service was flawless.

Best price I could find on the internet

First let me say that the shipping was a lot faster than expected. It took less than a week to receive the rug. The color blue is so vibrant and adds so much to the finishing touches on the porch. So glad I found your website.

I love Rugpal! They have a wide, reasonably priced variety of rugs. They ship fast and I have ordered from their huge selection three times this year. With this price and quailty, I won't need to go anywhere else. Thank You Rugpal!!!
